South Passaic Avenue – Chatham, NJ // Residential Architectural Exterior Visualization

Exterior visualization developed for a residential project requiring two primary street-facing perspectives and full facade elevations. The building was fully modeled and textured while undergoing multiple footprint revisions driven by ongoing discussions between the developer and the local planning board.
Initial renderings focused on architectural massing, facade rhythm, and material clarity, with surrounding landscape elements intentionally kept minimal during early design phases.
